Talking about prehistoric animals is very interesting. What if all of these animals are still exist today? Hmm, maybe the zoo will be more colorful with their presence. Maybe some theories which become mystery until now are finally revealed. But unfortunately it will never be happened. But actually there are still quite a lot of prehistoric animals which still alive today.

As you know not all prehistoric creatures died hit by asteroids. Some of them survived just like scientists said. As a result, today we still can see these derivative prehistoric creatures in their origin place. Well, here are the list:

1. White-Tailed Deer - 3.5 Million Years

White-tailed deer is the oldest deer species in the world. According to scientists, their ages are almost 3.5 million years old. Why it could last long? White-tailed deer have a lot of unique mechanism and seemed destined by God to be able to survive for millions years.

White-tailed deers are known to act as survivals which lost in the woods. They almost eat anything including fish and meat. As a result, they survived while migrating from Arctic to Brazil, which become this animal's current habitat.

These beautiful animals are also known to be very smart in doing preventive action against his poaching. When chased by predator, they will gallop away very fast through the route that was already prepared beforehand. If this fails, the white-tailed deer would do improvisation. 2. Red Panda - 5 Million Years

The unique facts of this red panda is that he has lived for 5 million years. Its shape of body is similar to fossils of mammals found by researchers in Eastern Europe and North America. Even this animal is thought to be older between 20-25 million years.

4. Hedgehog - 15 Million Years
